Any cream or lotion will be fine, just not steroids unless prescribed specifically and never a steroid stronger than Eumovate.
Whatever you put on the face, make sure they are not really hot or a normal cream will jut infuriate it even more making it agony! In these instances you are far better off not putting anything on it, unless a steroid.
I personally find that a thicker cream is bbetter on the face rather than a lotion, You could try simply Diprobase, Doublebase we found okay, Hydramol has been okay and now currently using Dermol 500/600 all over.
Steroids are naturally occurring substances that are produced in our bodies to regulate growth and immune function. There are many different kinds of steroids, including “anabolic steroids” such as testosterone and “female hormones” such as estrogen , and corticosteroids such as cortisol, which is produced by the adrenal glands. Corticosteroids are the type of steroid used for eczema. Corticosteroids have many functions in the body, but among other things, they are very effective at controlling inflammation. The way corticosteroids reduce inflammation is very complicated, but it involves temporarily altering the function of a number of cells and chemicals in the skin.
